Tawasul connects customers with independent home-service professionals in Morocco through its mobile application.
Documented booking flow
The app supports requests, professional offers, accepted bookings, booking-linked chat, status updates, live tracking during appropriate job stages, completion, reviews, and support.
Documented payment model
Customers currently pay professionals directly in cash after service completion. Tawasul may retain the agreed booking price for records and support but does not store payment-card details.
