Protect sensitive information
Do not email passwords, payment-card details, raw identity documents, or raw selfie images. Tawasul's policy states that these payment details and raw verification images are not stored by the platform.
Data-protection concerns
Users may have rights under Moroccan Law No. 09-08. The policy also identifies the CNDP as the relevant Moroccan data-protection authority.
