Professionals must pass identity verification before they can fully receive requests, appear as available, send offers, or accept bookings. Tawasul stores the verification result, not raw ID-card or selfie images.
Your exact address stays protected
Before acceptance, a professional sees only an approximate area. The exact service address may be shared only with the accepted professional when it is needed to complete the job.
Live tracking has boundaries
Tracking is used only during an appropriate active-job stage, such as when the professional is on the way, and stops when the job is completed, cancelled, or tracking is no longer needed.
Booking-linked communication
Chat is available only for a valid booking or accepted offer. Messages and job-status records help both sides follow the service and allow Tawasul to investigate safety concerns or disputes.
Data safeguards
Tawasul uses secure authentication, access controls, protected private-file storage, backend validation, and encrypted communication where supported.
