Your first three completed jobs are free. After that, the professional subscription is 50 MAD per month, with 0% commission on completed work.

Verification before work
Professionals must complete identity verification before fully working on Tawasul. The verification partner may perform document, selfie, and liveness checks; Tawasul keeps the minimum approval result and does not store raw ID-card or selfie images.
Offers and active bookings
Verified professionals can receive suitable requests, send offers, and accept bookings. Booking communication becomes available only with a valid booking or accepted offer.
- Keep status updates accurate: on the way, arrived, in progress, completed, or cancelled.
- Use customer information only to complete the accepted service.
- Exact addresses remain protected before acceptance.
Payments and records
Customers currently pay professionals directly in cash after the service. Tawasul may retain the agreed price for booking history, support, receipts, and dispute handling; it does not store payment-card details.
